For clients with active service agreements, we provide a 99.9% uptime SLA for our hosted services. Specific SLA terms are detailed in individual service agreements.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
